Winner of Best New Wallpaper at Focus 2010 and runner up for Homes and Garden's Fabric Awards in the luxury wallpaper category 2010.
Inspired by the Silk Road, Jane Gordon Clark has created three striking Ikat wallpaper designs adapted from antique textiles. Like Ikat fabric, the wallpaper also shows the open weave which adds interest and depth to the papers.
Traditionally, Ikats were symbols of status and prestige. Today, the design has been updated by Ornamenta to reflect a more contemporary look whilst still providing a sense of classic luxury.
Samarkand (as pictured) is a dramatic design, predominately pink, with grey and amethyst design motifs. Khiva and Bukhara can be printed in any colour to order. Or you can select from the collection colours of Indigo (as pictured), Mist, Cantaloupe, Heather and Sand (as pictured).
Made to be shown off, these choices of opulent shades will make a room feel more intimate, as well as glamorous.
